M2M Magazine
Publishes M2M 100 in 2007 Sourcebook
Carol Stream,
Ill Dec. 6, 2006 - M2M magazine, published by Specialty Publishing
Co., has released its annual directory of the top technology and service
providers in the machine-to-machine technology arena. The M2M 100 spans
multiple categories, bringing vital information to those looking for machine-to-machine
solutions and partners.
This
years M2M 100 directory provides a snapshot of an emerging market
and identifies the companies with the greatest impact on its direction,
says Michael Jarosik, editor of M2M magazine. The year was marked
by two major themes: consolidation and maturity. Companies are delivering
solutions that make it easier to adopt machine-to-machine communications
and realize the technologys enormous business value.
The M2M 100
is a directory of the most important and influential machine-to-machine
technology providers as determined by the editors of M2M magazine and
its editorial advisory board. Companies are selected through an exhaustive
selection process based on criteria including: strength and number of
customer references; strength of product/service portfolio; strength of
business model; establishment and active involvement in the M2M market;
and growth potential. This year, more than 300 companies were considered.
The M2M 100
can be found in the 2007 M2M Sourcebook, a definitive reference guide
to machine-to-machine technology. In addition to the M2M 100s look
at the leaders that are shaping the space, the Sourcebook features industry
data from leading analyst firms, it examines outlooks on where the M2M
industry is headed, and reveals market predictions for M2M.
The
M2M 100 is the industrys definitive resource of the leaders in the
machine-to-machine technology marketplace. With the help of its advisory
board, M2M magazine has selected the companies that are taking a commanding
role in leading the M2M charge in a host of industries by delivering best
of class technology solutions, says Peggy Smedley, editorial director
and founder of M2M magazine.
